Jabra Scheduler Touchscreen Panel Launched to Simplify Workplace Scheduling

Jabra makes workplace scheduling smoother

Jabra is expanding its meeting room portfolio with the launch of the Jabra Scheduler, a touchscreen panel designed to make workplace coordination simpler and smarter. The device helps employees instantly check meeting room availability, prevent double bookings, and reserve spaces both on-site and remotely.

Seamless integration for Teams and Zoom Rooms

The Jabra Scheduler works seamlessly with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, allowing employees to pre-book or reserve spaces through their digital calendars. Once connected, the panel displays real-time meeting details, including how long a room will remain available.

With its clear touchscreen and LED indicators, users can easily identify free or occupied rooms at a glance. This reduces confusion, minimizes interruptions, and ensures meetings start on time.

Consistent experience across all meeting spaces

While it complements Jabra’s PanaCast video solutions, the Scheduler can also be used independently. This flexibility enables organizations to standardize room booking experiences even in spaces without its hardware.

By offering a consistent interface across rooms, Jabra helps teams save time and manage space usage more efficiently.

Designed for speed and sustainability

Made from over 50% recycled materials, the Jabra Scheduler aligns with the company’s commitment to sustainable manufacturing. The device is built for fast deployment with integrated cable management and multiple mounting options—flat, angled, mullion, or glass.

Organizations can also manage devices centrally via Jabra+, which supports provisioning, monitoring, and software updates across locations.

A complete meeting solution from one provider

According to Holger Reisinger, SVP of Jabra’s Enterprise Video Business Unit, “The Scheduler marks an important expansion of our video and collaboration portfolio... delivering the full meeting experience from one trusted provider.”

With its mix of real-time scheduling, platform integration, and easy deployment, the Scheduler completes Jabra’s end-to-end meeting room ecosystem—helping workplaces operate with greater efficiency and simplicity.
